- First, your written order with all details about your publication is required.
- After giving the confirmation we will send you login name and password.
- Upload the PDF files. Files should confirm PDF/X-1a standard and should be splitted by pages for better handling. No spread pages.
- Kroonpress uses FOGRA-certified contract proofer and therefore no need for sending color proof by mail. (If you like to test our proofer, please send us test file and we send you proof by regular mail.)
- Your PDF files will be preflighted automatically and reports will be generated by Enfocus Pitstop.
- Press signatures (impositions) will be created and pages will be rasterized by Adobe PDF Render.
- We make proof files - the exact image of what goes to printing plate.
- A direct link where you can see proof of your pages will be sent to your email.
- Open the proof link and check precisely your pages (overprints, bleed, color separations).
- Upload the correction pages if needed.
- Give your approval in the web or sent it by e-mail to address approval@kroonpress.ee
- After giving approval we start printing.
Generally we ask our new clients to send us test files, to be sure that everything will be working smoothly.
